Petrichor is the title of David Orlowsky's second album with Warner Classics. Recorded with guitarist Daniel Stelter, the percussionist Tommy Baldu, and keyboarder Lillo Scrimali, they present 11 tracks for 11 distinctive scents and smells that, in Orlowsky's words "produce a positive reaction in us". The title refers to the scents and smells produced when rain falls on dry earth, Orlowsky had always liked it, and was delighted to discover that it even has a name: Petrichor.Email Signup
